Quantity Survey

Job description:

• Searching tender Gebiz and prepare tender submission.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Conduct cost estimations and evaluate tenders and Manage contract agreements.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to the standards and policies.
• Monitor and manage projects costs to avoid overspending and ensure financial efficiency.
• Draft and compile comprehensive tender documents including specifications, drawings, and scope of work (Get input from our engineers).
• Generate and submit monthly progress reports to support progress payment claims and project tracking.
• Participate in project meetings as required, providing input on cost-related issues and project progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities related to project cost management.

Skills & Qualitications:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey building related or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years working experiences in Singapore construction industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
