Responsibilities
- This role focuses more on the construction of commercial buildings: shops, malls, etc.
- Conduct tender surveys, review documents, and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee preparation and management of tender and contract documents, including accurate quantity take-offs, collaborating closely with clients and consultants to meet expectations.
- Strategically source, compile, and evaluate supplier quotations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all contractual matters.
- Independently perform detailed cost estimations to drive the tender process, coordinating with suppliers, main contractors, and sub-contractors for optimal outcomes.
- Act as the main contact for client inquiries on submitted tenders, participating in site briefings and tender interviews to uphold our commitment to quality and precision.
- Ensure timely submission of all project documents to clients and authorities, maintaining organized records and filing systems for all tenders and projects.
- Engage in additional related activities as required, contributing to the overall success and innovation of projects.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the Electrical sector, providing a competitive advantage.
- Must be bilingual in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
