- General Builder Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.
- 5.5 days work week | 830am - 6pm / 830am - 12pm
- Location: Jurong East Tradehub
Responsibilities
- Pre-tender & tender duties,
- Prepare BQ, tender pricing and documents costs estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take off
- Liaise with owner, developers, consultants, and sub-contractors
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims
- Procurement of contractors and suppliers
- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts
- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager/director
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience in Singapore building construction projects
