Responsibilities:
- In charge of reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Examining maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure best deals.
- Coordinate with the clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site managers.
- Reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents must be prepared.
- Provide information to the Managers and clients for improvements and new initiatives.
- Monitor the materials and order additional supplies as needed.
- Document the design modifications and budget updates.
- Provide issuance of contracts to factories and suppliers.
- Developing and sustaining professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Visiting various sites.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Quantity Surveying
- Able to work independently.
