ACMV System's contracts administration and documentation.
Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variation orders, preparation of payment claim submissions and final accounts.
Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary for tender / project costing. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Min 2 years of relevant experience of QS in ACMV system
Knowledge in AutoCAD.
Integrity and strong sense of responsibility
Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in ACMV system installation.
Sound knowledge in ACMV System, Contract's Law, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, would be an advantage.
