Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations.
- Follow up closely with clients on the issued quotations.
- Prepare and submit Progress Claims.
- Follow-up on the claims and retention amounts.
- Read & review new contracts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
