Job Description

  • Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Architectural/ Civil / Structural / Building Services / Construction Management.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in local building construction industry.
  • Familiar with site matters.
  • Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.
  • Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects for architectural and structural quantities.
  • Evaluation and certificate of subcontractors progress payments.
  • Project administration and documentation.
