- Quantity take-offs, manage RFQs and cost comparisons, and assess and certify subcontractors progress payments, VOs, completed work, cost-benefit analysis, and payment certificates.
- Prepare tender documents (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW, etc.) for selecting subcontractors and track monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission.
- Manage internal processes (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using the ERP system and update the internal database with detailed information, such as subcontract payment status and bond status, for reference.
- Handle contractual issues with subcontractors, draft letters in coordination with the contract manager, and collaborate with other project teams on subcontractor-related matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 5 years of civil infrastructure/MRT project experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, MS Excel, and MS Word.
