Preparing contract documents, working with quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and managing cost information.
Handling of pre & post contract administration.
Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.
Responsible for ensuring timely submission of progress claim, VO and final accounts.
Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations/tendering.
To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and running smoothly (eg. attending tender briefing, site show round & tender interview)
Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior.
Requirements
Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent.
Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude.
