Quantity Surveyor [Centre / Training Provided]

Job Descriptions:

• Perform quantity take-offs for various projects.
• Source and compare quotations for relevant trades, conducting price comparisons and cost analysis.
• Raise timely tender queries or design discrepancies for clarification.
• Manage tender correspondences, including issuing addenda to update any changes made to tender documents.
• Assist in compiling tender submissions, including drafting tender qualifications.
• Carry out other quantity surveying duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, training is provided.
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications and building drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital software like Cost X or Glodon is advantageous.
• Meticulous, independent, with strong communication skills, and a team player.
