Job Description & Requirements

Prepare the estimation of quantities required and costing from construction drawings

Take off & prepare BOQ

Attend progress claim meetings

Prepare Tenders/ variation orders and assist to handle variation orders

Liaise with main contractor, developers, project team, and suppliers & sub contractors for Tender Matters.

Read, understand and interpret contractual terms & tender / construction drawings

Able to analyse and compare quotations.

There is another QS who is handle all the progress claims matters.

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying

2 Years of Relevant Industry Experience. ( Plumbing & Sanitary)

Flexi working schedule will be arranged upon request from employee.

Related field and related experience is a must.
