Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
• Measure of quantities from drawings.
• Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
• Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/Architecture/lnterior Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
