Quantity Surveyor (Civil project)

Job Description:

• Reports to Project Manager
• Perform quantity take off from drawings
• Prepares progressive claims and potential variation claims
• Reviews subcontractors claims and prepare payment certificates for approval
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and prepares quotation report for approval
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim, etc.
• Closing out final account with Client and subcontractors

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction of civil engineering project
