Responsibilities:- Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.- Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification
Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes
Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.- Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing
Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
- Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
· Minimum 3 years experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
· Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
· Organised, self-driven, organised & team player with good interpersonal skill.
· Min. Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or related field.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
· Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
· Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation
· Understand the relevant standard forms of Building
· Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
