Job Description
Overall responsible for budget estimates on tenders, and quotations
- Analyse schedule of rates
- Draft preliminaries and trade preambles
- Review technical specifications prepared by technical team/clients/consultants
- Review cost analyses, outline and detailed approximate cost estimates
- Analyse cost plans and detailed budgeting
- Review cost-in-use studies and life-cycle costing of installation &/or components
- Review Cash flow projections, cost checking processes, cost reports
- Advise on payment regimes
Requirements for Position
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Excellent attention to details
- Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess a positive working attitude.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in QS, Building Management or equivalent
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
