Quantity Surveyor

. Provide Consultant Quantity Surveyor duties for construction projects from inception through to completion and handover to Client.

. PSPC-Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized universities for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline.

. Applicants with Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are welcome.

. Minimum of 1 year of QS relevant working experience with both private and public sector clients and preferably with knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC forms of contract.

. Applicant who is currently a probational member with SISV or enroute to be obtain Professional Qualification with SISV, APQS, AIQS, RICS will be an advantage.

. Work experience gained from consultancy firm will be an advantage.

. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and SPRs.

. Fresh graduates with relevant degrees/qualifications are welcome to apply.
