Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine material quantities and costs
Develop budgets, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
Prepare tendering works for submission
Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Mitigate risks and resolve disputes during the project.

Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
2 years as autocad drafter is an advantage
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
Having a good communication and negotiation skills with attention to details character
