Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor in Tampines, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• BOQ and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in quantity surveying and project cost management
• Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• QS consultancy work experience preferably in Singapore
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
