Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out measurement and taking Off
  • Preparation of quotation and costing for incoming enquiries
  • Preparation of progress claim, variation order and final account to Client
  • Preparation & reviewing on sub-contract documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ CivilEngineering and equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
  • Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
  • Min. 2 years of construction related working experience.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome.
