Prepare tender, BQ costing & submission, progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure all construction progress as schedule.
Liase with main contractors, subcontractors and project team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in interior fitting out works/ construction industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent teams player.
Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Preferably 7-10 years of relevant working experience in handling of Contractual Terms & Conditions in Construction & Interior fitting out works Industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients.
Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager role.
