manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service.
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), schedules of rates, and tender documents.
Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
Keeps track of the progression of the contract with regards to any variations.
Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
Office-based and will go on several site visits.
REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
Min 10 years experience
Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered
Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
