Job Description

Pre & post contract Quantity Surveying Works such as:-

  • Taking off quantities.
  • Tendering of projects.
  • Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials.
  • Progress payment and claims.
  • Contract administration.
  • Variations
  • Final accounts

Degree or diploma in Building, Quantity surveying or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience with main contractor in private residential projects.
