1) Possess degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
2) Minimum 6 years of experience in Pre-tender
3) Good knowledge of reading tender specification and drawings
4) Quantity take-off from Tender drawings, prepare bill of quantities based on the quantity take-off
5) Familiar with facade system
6) At least 6 year's experiance in pre-tender, QS experiance in Alum Facade, windows and doors
7) Sourcing of quotation from supplier and issuing work orders
8) Liasing with design team and engineering team for specific tender requirement
9) Liasing with project team and accounts department
10) Any other Qs related function as and when required by the Estimation Manager and/or the management
11) Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
12) Passes good negotiation and co-ordination skills
13) Good communication in English
14) Software knowledge Microsoft Excel and Word
15) AutoCAD rivet and Blue Beam in additional advantage
