To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, variation orders and settlement of final account, etc.
To handle on-going projects and resolve contractual issues with clients.
To prepare & submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim report.
To oversee all sales support and customer's job site requirements.
Prepare drafting and preliminary layout according to client's requirements within timeline.
Perform design modifications from drawings as and when needed.
To maintain a system on drawing submission, sending of cut list for fabrication, monitoring of shop drawing status.
To handle other assigned duties as required.
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree with Drafting experience in Interior Fitting Out, Architectural Works, Structural work, and adequate experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing.
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
