Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Independent & efficient
  • Handles both project and tender roles
  • Able to carry out measurements, take off quantity & prices
  • Monitor each stage for projects to ensure cost is in line with forecast
  • Prepare and handle procurement & payment
  • Prepare variation order, quotation & progress claim
  • Attend site meetings related to costing
  • Budget & cost control
  • Administrative job is involved
  • Closing of account
  • Able to work late if necessary (Important)

Job Requirements

  • min diploma
  • Microsoft word and excel
  • Experience fresh ok, max 4 years
