Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Independent & efficient.
  • Handles both project and tender roles.
  • Able to carry out measurements, take off quantity & prices.
  • Monitor each stage for projects to ensure cost is in line with forecast.
  • Prepare and handle procurement & payment.
  • Prepare variation order, quotation & progress claim.
  • Attend site meetings related to costing.
  • Budget & cost control.
  • Administrative job is involved.
  • Closing of account.
  • Able to work late if necessary (Important).

Job Requirements

  • Min diploma.
  • Microsoft word and excel.
  • Experience fresh ok, max 4 years.
