QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Roles and Responsiblities

• To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.
• To assist in claiming interim payment from Client.
• To calculate quantities for subcontractors claims.
• To contact subcontractors to request quotations.
• To record status of main materials consumption (i.e. Concrete, Rebar).
• To support Senior QS and Managers.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying

Min. 2 years experience

Microsoft Office

Experience in Infra-Structure Project of more than 200million.

Project location at Bugis
