Quantity Surveyor

- Quantity take-off and cost estimation.

- Handle contract and tender document administration, understanding the requirements, preparing and submitting tenders with a specific deadline.

- Sourcing and request for quotations from suppliers/specialists according to tender specifications.

- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders

- Compare prices and specification compliance of quotations received for recommendation.

- Identify and prepare variation orders for Submission.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying in Mechanical Engineering Field (Plumbing & Sanitary).

- Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic, and able to work independently.
