Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
3 to 5 years relevant experience with the contractors.
Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline.
