Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Possess relevant qualification, diploma/degree
• Preferably with experience in HDB BTOs / Upgrading projects, if there are other projects experience, can indicate as well
• Experience in measurement of quantities and tendering for new projects
• Good team player and keen to learn

Job Scope

• Preparation of tender documents, calling for quotations and evaluating of tender submissions
• Preparation of monthly progress claim and certification of sub-contractor's claim
• Liaise and establish support with client and consultants on the certificate of payments claim including variation works
• Liaise with sub-contractors over site progress, claims and issues
