Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

- Prefer candidate with Degree holder in Quantity Surveyor or other relevant studies

- Prefer candidate who has relevant working experience in SG

- Must be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines

- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and submission of all quotations

- Prepare & monitor progress payment claims, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts

- Evaluation of price comparison

- Taking off/ measurement of quantities

- Contract Administration, AutoCAD

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
