Co-ordinate and prepare tender presentation and clarification(s) with input from Proposal Manager.

• Amend/ update track records to suit respective bid's need
• To follow up on tender submission such as clarifications, tender interview, result.
• To ensure the bid preparation process complies to the business compliance requirements.
• carry out quantity take off for projects which include for sourcing for supplier and sub contractor, collate price comparison on going cost analysis of maintanence and repair work
• analysing of completed work
• allocating of upcoming work to contractors
• site visit, assessment and projection of future work
• Prefer with experience in Gebiz or Tenderboard tendering process

Requriements

Min Dipolma holders

Min 3 years working experience in Singapore

Prefer with experience with carpentry based knowledge
