Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project
Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required- Obtaining sub-contractors quotation for various trade
Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing
- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor- Attend site meeting for on-going project
Process VO and preparing final accounts
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
_You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure._
- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
* Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
- Local working experience needed.
