. Preparation and Submission of cost estimate for variation works.

. Carry out Site visits for Joint measurement with clients for variation works.

. Evaluation, verification and certification of sub contractor's claims.

. Quantities take off as per standards and preparation of estimate for tenders.

. Preparation of material Reconciliation statements.

. Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.

. Liaison with client's contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.

. Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.

. Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment
