Job Description & Requirements
All Contracts administration works
Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
Risk analysis evaluation
Feasibility studies
Any other adhoc duties when required.
Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction industry
Good written communication skills
Good track record
Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
