Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Prepare Bills of Quantity
- Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Carry out contract administration duties
