Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process
- Participate in project meetings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min 4 years working experience in residential and industrial projects
- Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical
