Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Benefits Summary:

• Basic up to $ 5000 + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Alt Saturday 9am to 1pm
• Office Location: Pioneer
• Reporting to QS Manager
• Our client specializes in M&E services for buildings. They are now looking to expand their QS team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender costings, including bills of quantities, based on tender documents and drawings.
• Estimate materials and labor requirements.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier tenders for optimal terms.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet client requirements.
• Monitor project stages to stay within budget and control costs.
• Conduct monthly valuations and forecast final costs.
• Review and approve subcontractor tenders and contracts.
• Certify subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
• Track and analyze all commercial project data to ensure budget adherence.
