Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm

Job Description
. Quantity Take-Off for Tendering: Measure and calculate quantities for tender submissions.
. Pre-Tender Estimates & Document Preparation: Prepare pre-tender estimates and tender documents.
. Claims & Budget Management: Manage claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlements.
. Project Coordination: Provide support and coordination to the project team.
. Material Procurement: Source, negotiate, and order materials from suppliers.
. Material Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of materials.
. Vendor Claims: Evaluate and process claims from vendors.
. Progress Claims: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants on time.
. Additional Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
. Singaporean or PR only.
. Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
. 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with AutoCAD and NavisWork is a plus.
