Quantity Surveyor / MRT Project

Client: MNC

Location: Town, Novena area

Working Hrs: 5 days With 1 Full Saturday per month, 8am-6pm

Salary: $3000 - $5000 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
• Must be familiar with AutoCAD 2D / 3D
• Must have experience in LTA Civil/Underground MRT project
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-off from 3D and 3D drawings
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
• Review subcontractor's progress claim and issue payment certificate.
• Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection.
• Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager.
• Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
• Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.)
• Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
• Other duties as assigned
