(MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL)
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of tender submission
- Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
- Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
- Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies
Requirements
- Diploma/ Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry (M&E)
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
- A good team player
