Job Description & Requirements
- Manage tender projects and on-going projects
- To prepare contract documents, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and tender submissions
- To prepare project cash flow forecast
- Monitor project budget and costing
- Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders
- Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters
- Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions
- Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award
- To prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments
- Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders
- Settlement of final accounts
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)
- At east 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
