Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are looking for a dependable quantity surveyor to become part of our skilled team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current budgets and identifying areas for improvement, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with contractors and vendors, and fostering strong relationships with clients and site managers.

To excel in this role, a methodical approach and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Exceptional quantity surveyors not only possess strong cost analysis abilities but also have the insight to understand people, allowing them to adapt their negotiation strategies for optimal results.

Requirements:

• Experience in quantity surveying
• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Great networking abilities.
• Site visits and client facing is a must.
