RESPONSIBILITY
. Experience in pre & post contract administration
. Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation
. Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
. Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,
. Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments
. All other QS related job
REQUIREMENTS:
. Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
. Able to work independently
. At least 2 years of working experience with main contractor
. High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful
. 5.5 days work per week (alternate Saturday off)
