Responsibilities:
- Track tender documents, drawings, and corrigendum as per document control process.
- Verify tender drawings/details and prepare tender inquiries.
- Assist in soliciting quotations and selecting subcontractors/vendors.
- Perform quantity take-offs and aid in tender evaluation.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for substantiation purposes.
- Conduct site verifications of variations and assist in claims submissions.
- Provide support to the project manager in certifying completed work and verifying subcontractor claims.
- Monitor progress of claims submission and payment.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in M&E system requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
