Job Description
- Overall responsible for budget estimates on tenders, and quotations
- Analyse schedule of rates
- Review technical specifications prepared by technical team/clients/consultants
- Review cost analyses, outline and detailed approximate cost estimates
- Analyse cost plans and detailed budgeting
- Review Cash flow projections, cost checking processes, cost reports
- Advise on payment regimes
- Guide leadership on job procedure
- Prepare monthly claim and subcontract payment
Requirements for Position
- Knowledge of building and construction

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in QS, Building Management or equivalent
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
