Assist in the execution of the main and sub-contracts.
Monitor claims progress and issuance of payment responses.
Involve in project budget with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions.
Perform Bill of Quantity Take-Off.
Contract administration for clients, main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Administer contracts management to formulate contractual responses.
Participate in discussions with clients and sub-contractors for assigned projects and monitor follow on meetings.
Preparation of tender submissions, when required.
Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, Monthly Progress Claims to Clients and Sub-Contractors/Supplier, Payment Response to sub-contractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law.
Prepare cost analysis for the project in order to ensure that overall value is enhanced.
Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
Monitor and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in M&E will be highly preferred.
