Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, prepare and submit progress and variation claims
• Evaluate and assess payment claims from sub-contractors
• Review contract documents, prepare, negotiate, and finalize account
• Assist in preparing EOT (Extension of Time), acceleration and prolongation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Survey or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in curtain wall/aluminium will be an advantageous
• Able to work independently
