Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID8177)
Location: Kranji, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday 8am - 5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am - 5:15pm
Off day: Sat, Sun and PH off
Salary: $2700 - $3300

Job Description:
- Supporting and reporting to Director and Asst. QS Manager
- To perform the full spectrum of duties required of as a quantity surveyor
- To be in control and responsible for the management of all contracts/sub-contracts activities including, meeting project budget, ensure profitability, terms and conditions of the contract/
sub-contract, schedule procurement activities to meet projects deadline.
- To oversee, lead and manage the qs team for the overall direction, coordination, execution of the projects from tender development to inception of construction to final completion of the Projects.
- To oversee, lead and manage the purchase team for the overall direction, development to inception of construction to final completion of the project.
