Job Description

Job Title: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ID4635)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.15am - 6.00pm
Salary: $3000-$4000

Job Scopes:
. Prepare tender submission and contract agreement.
. Prepare BQ, tender pricing.
. Experience in handling progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts with client and Sub-contractors.
. Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
. Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the subcontractors in close liaison with the Project Manager/designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim to clients.
. Verifies payment documents before submission for approval.
. Carry out contract administration duties.
. All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
. Degree in Quality Surveying or Civil Engineering or in related disciplines.
. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
. Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind.
. Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive and hardworking.
